About MAHADISCOMM

Mahavitaran or Mahadiscom or MSEDCL (Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited) is a public sector undertaking (PSU) controlled by the Government of Maharashtra. It is the largest electricity distribution utility in India (1 largest in the world after SENGINEERS FORUMC). MSEDCL distributes electricity to the entire Maharashtra stateexcept some part of Mumbai city where Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport, Tata Power and Reliance Energy are distributors.
Its main objective is to supply reliable power to the whole state without any discontinuity. The MSEDCL releases notifications every year for recruitment of skilled candidates into various posts. Candidates will be selected based upon their performance in the exams conducted by Mahavitran.

MAHADISCOMM Exam Pattern

1. Written Test.
2. Personal Interview.

The MSEB Asst Engineer Written Test consists of the following features :
• The exam is of Objective type i.e it consist of Multiple Choice Questions.
• The Test is conducted for a total of 150 marks.
• The exam consists of 2 sections i.e Technical part and General Ability.
• There will be a negative marking for every wrong answer.
